A fresh view on Hawaii Transactional Law from a soon-to-be newly admitted attorney's point of view. Truth: I have been an attorney for twenty years in New York City, but I am awaiting admission into the Hawaii Bar in November. There are so many exciting developments in the field of corporate law in Hawaii; I feel compelled to blog about then. In-state businesses are booming, and entrepreneurs are seeking to relocate here.
Then there is property. Property, property, property - so much development, so much innovation and the law ever-changing to keep up with it. We talked about property all day every day in NYC, and I am glad to report we do here as well.
