Here is an editorial from today's Star Advertiser calling for a reopening of the Hawaii Medical Marijuana application process: Reopen! Are there opinions out there? There are numerous new bills concerning a wide variety of marijuana related subjects. Should we wait until they pass? Also, should there be  transparency in the disclosure of the panel?
